Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 10 July 2026 · Effective from: 10 July 2026
This statement is published under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), applicable from 28 June 2025, and the national laws transposing it (see annex). DigiatPPSolutions s.r.o. is a microenterprise (fewer than 10 staff and an annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding €2 million); under Article 4(5) of the Directive, microenterprises providing services are exempt from its accessibility obligations. We nevertheless build the product to WCAG 2.2 AA and publish this statement voluntarily. The exemption ceases to apply once the company exceeds those thresholds.
1. Our commitment
Gardlio is an online marketplace operated by DigiatPPSolutions s.r.o., with its registered seat at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 23623632, not a VAT payer, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file C 146691, represented by managing director Petr Procházka ("Gardlio", "we").
We want our website and our iOS and Android apps to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet EN 301 549 (current version) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
2. Scope
This statement covers: the Gardlio website at https://www.gardlio.cz (the same service is also available at gardlio.sk and gardlio.eu), the iOS app, and the Android app.
It covers the content and functions managed by Gardlio itself (the interface, navigation, forms, the Stripe payment flow for Gardlio's paid services, and notifications). It does not cover content uploaded by third parties (e.g. photos and texts in gardener profiles), for whose accessibility Gardlio is not responsible, although we provide tools that enable accessible content (e.g. alternative-text fields).
3. Conformance status
Gardlio is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. "Partially conformant" means some content does not yet fully conform.
4. Known limitations
No significant known barriers at the time of writing. Some gardener-uploaded portfolio images may lack alternative text, which we are addressing, and we cannot always guarantee full conformance of documents and media supplied by third parties.
5. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at info@gardlio.eu (phone on request by email at info@gardlio.eu). We aim to respond within 5 working days and to provide the information you need in an accessible form.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the competent supervisory authority for your country (see annex).
7. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 10 July 2026, based on an internal self-assessment, and is reviewed on major releases and at least annually.
