Common questions
Does it cost anything to find a gardener or company?
Browsing gardeners or companies is always free, and replies in a chat you already started are always free. A paid plan lets you reach more new gardeners or companies each month, and the higher plans include posting a request to all local gardeners or companies.
How do I pay the gardener or company?
Directly, however you both agree — cash, bank transfer or their own invoice. Gardlio is not involved in the payment and never holds your money.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Only a signed-in customer with a verified email address who has actually contacted that gardener or company on Gardlio can leave a review, and only one each. They're never anonymous ratings from someone who never got in touch.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Because you deal with the gardener or company directly, sort it out with them first. You can also leave an honest review to help other customers.
Which countries and languages do you cover?
Gardlio is pan-European — the app shows the countries we currently serve, and the interface opens in your language automatically where a translation is available.
